Problem:

A unique development was being created in Gallatin TN, and needed to have a positioning and brand identity that reflected its rather special offering. Villas on the Greens is set between two world class golfing facilities, is set by scenic Old Hickory Lake, and is 20 minutes to Downtown vibrant Nashville. The houses are luxury without being unmanageable in size and security, so it was really a very compelling offer.

Solution:

Working with their team and in collaboration with Hannah Lovell, we developed an offer around time being the most precious commodity. So by purchasing a home in Villas on the Greens you are investing in memories. The brand personality mixes elegance and intention with having a communal outlook and an element of whimsy – almost like imagining the memories you will be creating.

The brand identity combines a luxurious distinct monogram with watercolor elements that help evoke the whimsy element of the brand personality and also reflect the waterside community. The myriad of greens talks to the unusual name of being on the “Greens” and also evokes the natural kaleidoscope of greens that you find in nature around Tennessee.
