Problem:

Vanderbilt & Northwestern University doctors had worked with children with autism, behavioral and communication challenges for many years and found much advice and parental training to be left wanting despite being well-meaning. The desire was to create practices for children and parents of children with these challenges that kept scientific method and evidence-based testing at its heart. The brand needed to find a friendly way to bring to life their philosophy of empowering parents to handle the daily challenges.

Solution:

The solution is a friendly and approachable brand that is cheerful and colorful and represents the co-founders in an appropriate way. The brand identity has a palette of fun patterns and imagery including their mascot “Buster” the friendly French Bulldog. The logotype brings to life the smiles that they foster by changing lives.

Working closely with the owners we wanted to create a positive and uplifting brand positioning offering “The Science of Smiles” and an identity reflects that positivity.

James is equal parts leader, coach, and cheerleader. I am so thankful that he is a part of our story.
